1.Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A:(1) One year warranty.We warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not pertain to damage resulting from accident, abnormal use, misuse or neglect.
(2) Replacement items will be sent out together with the next order shipment.
(3) The delivery cost of the defective goods is to be paid by the customer.
2.Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )
3.Q: How could I get samples?
A: We can supply some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars), if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you didn't have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account , you need to pay the shipping cost first and we will arrange the goods by prepaid mode.
The samples fee will be refunded to you after receiving your first order and payment.
4.Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
